CREATING A BETTER FUTURE TOGETHER
So… Let’s be real. You’re probably here because there are a lot of things on your to-do list or on your mind that need to be done, but you can’t help scrolling through social media. We know how you feel. You want to accomplish all of these goals you have set for yourself, however, finding the motivation and not procrastinating is a different level of discipline. You know you deserve to be happy and to reach your goals. However, you find yourself thinking all of these negative thoughts. “I can’t do it”, “I’m not good enough” or “I will never get there” are very common thoughts that might run through your mind. But you deserve so much more. So why not start acting like it?
Negative Self talk
It’s important to know what you want to do and what you have to do to reach that goal. Let’s say you want to start your own business and sell clothes. Write down everything you have to do, such as coming up with a name or creating a website, but also all of the steps from finding a wholesaler or manufacturer. Everything you can think of should be included in your list. Put them in the right order and divide bigger to-do’s in smaller tasks.
